Softsfeel Shoe Size Chart

Our shoes come in half sizes to ensure the perfect fit for your walk. They fit true to size for most customers. However, we suggest that you have your measurements taken and use the size chart as reference. If you have wide feet, we suggest going up half a size. All of our shoes fit up wide width for women and medium width for men.

For AU/NZ customers, please check if the shoe size you wear follows US sizes or UK sizes. The best size reference will be the EU sizes. If you wear UK sizes, please consider getting a full size bigger.

Sizing FAQs

How should I choose my Softsfeel size?

Measure your foot and compare with our insole length chart. Start with your usual US size. For wide feet, consider a half size up. AU/NZ customers should confirm whether they wear US or UK sizing; EU length is the most reliable cross-check.

Do Softsfeel shoes run large or small?

They generally fit true to size. Some customers with a wider forefoot prefer a half size up for more room in the toe box. If a pair feels long but not wide, contact support for exchange guidance rather than forcing a return when postage is costly.

Where is the Softsfeel size chart?

Use the Softsfeel Size Guide page for Women's and Men's US/UK/EU sizes and insole lengths (cm). Allow about 0.5–1 cm tolerance when comparing measurements.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

For international orders, returning a pair often costs the customer return postage. A simpler option is a one-time reshipment of the correct size: purchase the reshipment shipping fee, then email service@softsfeel.com with the new order number and the size you need.
